Are these sentences correct:
1) You are going to meet my brother this afternoon. I hope you will not be offended because he speaks frankly.
2) You are going to meet my brother this afternoon. I hope you will not be offended because he is speak frankly.
3) You are going to meet my brother this afternoon. I hope you will not be offended because he will speak frankly.

Which of them mean that my brother habitually speaks frankly? (He always speaks frankly and therefore will do so this afternoon)

Which of them mean that he will speak frankly to you this afternoon? (Maybe it is not a habit of his to speak frankly, but he has decided do so this afternoon.)
