Because
Are these sentences correct:
1-John did not come out of his room, because I would have seen him.
( I would have seen John if he had come out of his room, therefore I can say that he did not come out of his room.)
2-John did not eat any apples while he was here, because we had six apples when he got here and we still have six apples. (We had six apples when John got here and we still have six apples, so it is clear that he did not eat any apples while he was here.)
