Because

I would prefer to hire an experienced worker for a higher salary.

The first reason is that it takes a shorter time for them to get used to work. Because they already have experience in the field so they're familier with the job.

Second, they have better social skills among the coworkers.

Because they've already met many different types of people.

I have learned that repeating the same words are not good for essay.

So, is there another way to say instead of "Because"?

A more important point is that you should not begin a sentence with 'because'. I would prefer to hire an experienced worker for a higher salary because it takes a shorter time for them to get used to the work . They have experience in the field , so they are familiar with the job already .

Ah!! I see !!

only twice in the same paragraph is not a serious problem for any word.

You just mentioned like this, then what if I use "Since or As" instead of "Because"?

I heard they have same meaning.

Again I really thank you for your quick answer.

Thanks very much! and here is my last question!!!

As I asked you earlier about a bus and buses in the other question.

A bus is cheaper than a taxi and buses are cheaper than taxis.

Is there any different nuance?
