Be/Become

Are the verb "be" and "become " interchangeable ? i think they are interchangeable in the following example,
1.I want to be a doctor.
2.I want to become a doctor &
1.She is being beautiful
2.She is becoming beautiful,
then what is the difference between these two ?

The verb "be" refers to a continous state.
The verb "become" implies a transition from one state to another.

Both sentences above are correct. Use 1. if you want to put emphasis on the final result (being a doctor) and use 2. if you want to focus on the process of achieving the final result.
