I don't know, in a reductionist point of view the flowers are beautiful not for us but for the insects which helps them i pollination! and we like it because the flowers exhibit what we can call as objective beauty, common to everyone.

They are fragile and delicate.
Their beauty does not last long.

the physical nature of a flower may be fragile and delicate but it does not affect the nature of the flower on the whole, does it?

I am actually having a small discussion with a friend about beauty, whether it is objective or subjective and flowers are the one that often pops up as an example. I got interested about this and thought i would ask others about their idea about what beauty is actually.

so according to you anything that would vanish soon is beautiful?
like a flower, a dew drop, a random cloud formatio

I wouldn't say that. eg I don't think a pimple on my nose is beautiful.
