Beautiful/pretty/good-looking

good-looking is the most generic form. In fact, it's so generic you can use it for men and boys as well.

pretty suggests something more trivial than beautiful. pretty is much more readily and widely applied than beautiful. beautiful is a lot more special.

For every 50 pretty women, there is only one beautiful one.

CJ has given you a good answer and by him pointing out that good-looking can be used for males, he was pointing out that pretty and beautiful would never be used for men or boys. I didn't want you to miss this point!
