He has got beautifully aligned teeth.

His teeth are beautifully aligned.

Hi Tom I guess a dentist might possibly say something like that. In everyday English, I doubt very much that anyone would use the word "aligned" to talk about teeth unless they were trying to be humorous. "Straight" would be the usual adjective: - She's got beautiful straight teeth.
