Also, you should have hyphens when they are all working to modify the noun: Beautiful, 4-bedroom, 21/2-bath, 2-story home...

I don't mean to disagree but in actual real estate ads or agent's description profile of the propperty, I couldn't remember ever seeing hyphen used, although I agree it should be used as a rule of thumb in normal writing. Hope I don't get spanked saying this....
