BEARD

Dear Teachers,

1. He has a neatly-clipped beard.

- I think "his beard is neatly-clipped" is more natural, right?

Thanks very much to Teachers,.

There are two different statements here. The first one tell you that he sports a beard (which is neatly clipped) The second one tells you that his beard is cared for. There should not be a hyphen in "neatly clipped".
