Hi, I have a few questions and would like to hear your opinions. Q1: When someone uses the phrase "be willing to do", does that suggest the subject would do it hesitantly in fact he doesn't want to do it or he doesn't really care about doing it OR he is happily ready to do that? It can mean each of those things.
