Be vs stay/ are vs will

Could you please tell me how to properly say these 2 sentences?

1 When I starting working somewhere, I automatically know who my friends will be/are going to be from the way they act.

2 I'll stay faithful to you./I'll be faithful to you.

Either way is correct.
