be to be +ing

hello, I would like to ask that is there a thing called 'be to be ' in English grammar? Examples:
a) You are to be presenting your group project from 3:30 to 4 pm after school.
b) I am to be studying in school from 8 am to 3:30 pm.

Can I say something like that in English?
