be sure of + if [whether] clause

Hello everyone. I have a couple of questions.

I'm pretty sure that (A) and (B) are correct, but I'm unsure about (C) and (D). Are they grammatically correct? Also, how do they sound to native speakers? Do they sound natural? --

(A) I'm not sure if he will agree with us.

(B) I'm not sure whether he will agree with us.

(C) I'm not sure of if he will agree with us.

(D) I'm not sure of whether he will agree with us.
