Be set up for something?

Hi, everyone.

I have been watching a TV series and a character asks another(or the other)(what should I say?) character;

Are you set up for wifi?

It's a British series.

If there are only two characters in the scene, use 'the other'; if there are more than two, use 'another' or 'the others' or 'one of the others' – depending on who he's asking.
