(For a crowded public conveyance, it's much too wordy.)

In a crowded bus, a young man wanted to give his seat to an excpectant mother. He said to her " This seat is for you. Please be seated here."

There's nothing wrong with it, except that a native speaker would not say it in this situation. It might be said in a very formal situation by someone clearly representing the host.
