The Warehouse Manager is responsible for inventory management and maintenance (capacity planning) and forecast, adequate inventory, costing, reorder points and balance on hand.

Is forecast a noun here? Or it is a verb which there are some noun phrase adequate inventory, costing, recorder points ... following it
