A.  What would my career prospects be with the company?
B.  What would be my career prospects with the company?

1.  Which do you think more natural and common?
2.  By the way, are both grammatical?
3.  If so, what is the difference in meaning?
4.  This may be irrelevant to my subject title, but what is meant by "career prospect"?

Please advise.  I would greatly appreciate your help.  Thank you.
