Be not V+ing means Be not going to+V yet?

You are not going to the school yet.
The boy is not taking a shower yet.
My mother is not cooking yet. = She is not going to cook yet. Correct?

I am not sure that anybody would ever feel the need to say them, but that's a different question.

"not ... yet" doesn't mean the same as "not going to ... yet". Not exactly anyway. It's more like this:

The boy is not taking a shower yet ~ The boy is not taking a shower now, but I expect that he is
