Be it upon your consciences

Hi

Is the underlined part totally natural?

You two did such an immoral thing?! Be it upon your consciences--I won't have anything to do with it. Please go away.

Thanks,

Tom

I would write "Let it be on your consciences." I interpret this as you are commanding two people to place the responsibility of their immoral act in their consciences.
