Be going to/about to

Hi.

-------
Look at those dark clouds drifting towards us. There ___ a big storm.

(A) is going to be
(B) will be
(C) is about to be
(D) is
-------

In my opinion, without supporting context, A, B and C can be filled in the blank.

What do you think?
