Hello,
So today, I ran across these 2 sentences:
"I've even had US customs officials demand the phone number and address of the friends or family I've been going to visit just so they could call them and confirm my "story".
"By the time this letter arrives, I will have been going to go (to Acapulco) for fourteen days."
Are these sentences correct? Would be possible to, for example, use "had been going to"? It's just that I have only encountered "be going to" in the form of the present tense (I am going to) and the past tense (I was going to).
Thanks a lot for any replies!
