Be going to be+verb -ing / Will be+verb-ing (Future continuous)

Hello.

I have read that there is a little, subtle difference between Be going to be+verb -ing and Will be+verb-ing . I am very interested in knowing what is that little difference.

Could help me, please. I would be very grateful.
