Both expressions are used a lot and seem natural to me, at least.

"I'll do it now" sounds better to me here because it indicates that you have made up your mind right now and didn't plan it earlier or simply forgot about it.

Anyway, don't rely on my opinion too much until it's verified by someone wiser

MichalS is right: will usually enhances the expression in terms of will/intent/decision to do something.

4 syllables compared to 7: I'm - go-ing - to - do - it - now.

It's shorter and more correct. =)
