Be going fishing

Does 'I am going fishing now with my friends by van' sound okay? How about 'I am going fishing tomorrow with my friends by van' sound okay?

" Unfortunately, "going" and "fishing" have a strong attachment. "I am going by van fishing" is unnatural and "I am going fishing by van" sounds like you're using the van to fish. You could say "I am going by van to fish with my friends," but that leaves the uncomfortable feeling that you'll be using your friends for bait.

Is 'I am going fishing now with my friends' okay? This is not about the issue of 'by van', but about the tense, the present progressive form.
