be fond of

Hi,

Are the following sentences correct?

1. Who are you fond of?
2. Who are the persons you fond of?

I came across the first sentence in a FB page. I don't think it's correct. The second in mine.

Yes.

It is fine and common.

It is rather stilted. 'Who' means 'person(s)

2. Who are the persons you are fond of?
