Vocabulary

be followed by VS A follows B

1. What you mean is the verb help can be followed by either to + bare infinitive or ~ing?

2. What you mean is either to + bare infinitive or ~ing? can follow the verb help?

Q1) Which sounds better?

I've seen "something is followed by something' quite often so I was wondering that pattern is preferred to something follows something.

Q2) How can I make #1 in a different form of question? Is this correct?
Is the verb help can be followed by either to + bare infinitive or ~ing what you mean? (correct but sound wired right?)
