Please is the following way of speaking correct?

A: Let's be clear on this; you must lend me some money.
B: Ok!

Your grammar is fine, but what's a little odd about your exchange it that if A "clearly" has the power to force B is lend money, then A probably has the power to take it without paying it back. I'd expect clarity along the lines of the following: A: Let's be clear on this: I must have money.
