Your boyfriend had to wait for three hours.

A) It is natural that he should be angry.

B) It is natural that he is angry.

Do both expressions correct after the first sentence? A) sounds like just stating the fact objectively and B) sounds like a more emotional statement. Is my interpretation accurate?
