Be abused to somebody?

I usually hear the form 'be abused by sb', but sometimes I hear 'be abused to somebody'.

For instance: "It makes him feel good to be abused to her."

I got a little confused, or may be it's my another misheard of the word 'abuse'?

Thanks.

Yes, it may not be 'abuse', the speaker has some French words sometimes.
The 'be abused to her' has the meaning 'be attracted to' or the similiar.
Guessing is not that easy for me
