BE A FRIEND!

Dear Teachers,

1. This disease is getting worse since she's on nothing.

- What does "since she's on nothing" mean here?

2. I know it hurts you to sit back and watch her suffering so much pain.

- "sit back" here means "relax" or "kick back", right?

3. Be a friend to your daughter but also a leader.

- Why don't we say " with" instead of "to" here?

Thanks a bunch to Teachers,

Stevenukd.
