Battery toothbrush vs rechargeable

Do you understand this? Please help me write this correctly.

Unlike battery powered toothbrushes rechargeable toothbrushes' head rotation doesn't slow down as the (AAA) battery empties/dies, once the head can no longer rotate at the normal speed it stops working and you have to plug it in.

Here is what I suggest: Unlike battery powered toothbrushes where the head rotation slows down as the battery dies, the head of a rechargeable toothbrush continues rotating at normal speed until the power begins to drop. At this point the toothbrush stops working entirely and you have to plug it in to recharge the toothbrush.
