Bathtub is hot. Correct

I’d like to tell my kids that

the hot water in the bathtub is hot and nice, then the hot water is easy to become cool because it’s in winter.

So, can I say “Bathtub is hot, it’s going to be cold soon”?

Is “Bath is hot” correct ?


It is a common conversation in Japanese families, I think.
