Basket ball hoop

There are adjustable basketball hoops you can bring up or down for kids.
Is this sentence natural? How would you say it?
I brought the hoop down to the level I can dunk on it at.

There are adjustable basketball hoops you can raise or lower. I don't much about basketball, but I suspect that 'I can dunk on it at' is not colloquial. I stand to be corrected.
