Basic Language skills

Question

My English teacher has recently given me feedback on my essay. I seem to be lacking on basic language skills.

Such as grammar, sentence construction, and expression for clarity and precision of meaning.

This is not the first time i have recived such a comment. How are some ways I am able to improve on this. I tend to have good ideas but i am not expressing them well.

Any help would be much appreciate

I have always believed that " practice makes perfect " .....
Simply, keep on practicing English day by day, there are a lot of people in here who are dedicated to help. Don't be overwhelmed that much about the problem, your English is quite good, but you just need to keep practicing.

Yes, "Practice makes perfect."  Every day, write one sentence about something that happened that day.  It could be a personal experience or your opinion about some current event.  Then have someone review your sentence.  Many college professors here in the United States find that many of their students (native speakers) cannot write well-formed sentences.  Keep trying, and someday you'll be writing better than many native speakers.
