I don`t know if the sentence is ok:

In case the reservation will not be realised, the advance payment will not be returned.

It's certainly acceptable, but it doesn't sound entirely natural.

You could also simply state "The advance payment is non-refundable." That tells the reader that whether or not she shows up, the money she already sent it gone.
