Hello teachers,

Is this how you say for a pipe that is straight n not bent?

"Four pipes point straight while the rest are bent."

Should point be used before straight?

Thank you.

"point straight" could possibly be used in a context where the idea of "pointing" is important, e.g. if the pipes are lined up pointing in a desired direction in a plumbing installation. If you merely want to say that the pipes are straight, then say just that: "Four pipes are straight while the rest are bent."
