Dear members

That barking dog must be Jack's.
That dog barking must be Jack's.

Are these above made correct grammatically and same in meaning?

Yes. Note that if you have any phrases that go with barking you have to use the word order of your second sentence.

That dog barking across the street must be Jack's. OK
That barking across the street dog must be Jack's. Not OK.
