Barely/Rarely/Hardly

Please tell me how to use these 3?

Does it have to be said right after the subject or after the verb?

like:

1) I can barely walk -;- I can rarely go out -;- I can hardly walk
2) I barely can walk -;- I rarely can go out -;- I hardly can walk

Help.
