My friend wants to set up a shop to sell BBQ Meats (including chicken, pork and so on)

Can you tell me which one is right to be his signboard?

BBQ (I think this is right)

Barbecue (I think this is right)

Barbecued Meats (My grammar book indicates that meat is uncountable, but "Meats" appear in many websites.)

Hi,

Much depends on what the people who live there will understand. eg Do they all know what 'BBQ" is?

Will they be able to easily see what he is selling?

These three are what he is going to sell.

I think roasted is not a suitable word as well, because I think barbecue is different from roast.
