Banking service

Are my sentences correct English?

-If you want to put value on your card to use laundry service, you can do so either by banking service or by going to the college office in person. If you go to the college office in person, the value(s) added to your card is/are in the multiples of ten, eg 10, 20, and 30. If you choose banking service, you can use the machine downstairs at the lobby.

Thank you.

Thank you. But if we are talking about Oyster cards or Octopus cards (rather than cards used for college facilities), would the word 'credit' be wrong?
