Bank letters
We have had a number of letters from the bank re overdue accounts. 3 of them are supposedly from the same person yet I have 3 different signatures, 2 different photocopied ones and 1 genuine (by writer) wet signature, nothing like either of the other 2. No p.p, or anything.
Is this legal.
