i have had a bank account for a few years. recently i recieved a letter from the bank stating that my account is 240$ overdrawn and that i will be charged 70$ which will be taken from my account. i know that this information is incorrect.
i want to write a letter to the bank and explain what has happened and say that i would kike them to do about it
