I went to a bank to open an account, but upon checking the executive found that I have already an account with that bank which is dormant state. But she did a lot of hard work to open a new one but as per bank rules in India a person can't have two accounts with same bank. So she said.
I wouldn't have to do that much hard work, If you had told us that you already have an account with this bank.
If you had told us about your existing account which is in dormant state, I wouldn't have to do that much hard work to open a new one.
