Bang out of order, deflected off, well up,

I can't believe some people are having a pop at Carra. Bang out of order. Yes he may have scored 2 own goals but you put them own goals up against the games that he has prevented us from losing such as the Chelsea Champs League Semi-Final which he says the ball deflected off him in the last minute in 05 then I think Carra is well up.

Carra is a legend and for people to give him in stick is just wrong and people slating Riise, I for one was quite disappointed that he left us because he is alot damn better than Dossena. He may have scored a pretty dreadful own goal against but again think of some of the big goals he scored for us in his time aswell.

Hi, thanks for helping me. I really appreciate your help. I need help to understand the words(bold) in an easily way.

Bang out of order.
I think this is no more than an allusion to a judge in a courtroom, slamming down the gavel and saying, 'out of order' (this isn't allowed here).

I wonder whether this could be a BrE usage; "bang" seems to serve in a number of constructions as an adverb, with the intensifying sense "exactly", "precisely", "right", e.g.

1. That's bang on the money
2. That's bang on (target)
3. That's bang on time

Thus "bang out of order" = "emphatically out of order".

(I've no idea where it comes from. The gavel idea is in
