Bang in the middle, longest for all, round the clock

his year the giant poster towering atop the Festival’s two main theatres is an imposing listing of the names of all the directors competing in Cannes. Bang in the middle and just about the longest for all to see round the clock is that of Vikramaditya Motwane.

Please explain to me the emboldened parts.
Though I know "round the clock" means "something which is happening all day and night i.e. 24 hours".

Bang in the middle exactly in the middle (of the imposing listing) and just about the longest the longest name ( for all to see ) for everyone to see round the clock yes, 24 hours a day is that of Vikramaditya Motwane. But in case of "just about the longest", now I begin to wonder what it means by "just about" when "longest" means "the longest name".
