Bandage wrapped too tight

Hi

Is the bandage wrapped or your finger wrapped? Which is correct?

Would you use tight or tightly?

Would you say cause you to have to amputate or amputation?

The bandage was wrapped to tight around my finger. That could have caused you to have to amputate./ That could have cause amputation.

My finger was wrapped to tight.

Thanks
