Band which or who?

Would a native speaker say...?

a) A successful band which had a number of hits in the 70's.

b) A successful band who had a number of hits in the 70's

Thanks.

I imagine that somewhere in the English-speaking world you can find either of those. I would use 'band which' rather than 'band who'. CJ
