When you describe the first floor where people are playing the ball,
can you say " ball playing first floor" "first floor in people' playing of the ball" ?

People are playing a ball in the first floor of the church.
And I took a picture of it.
And i caption it under the picture I upload online.

the ball playing first floor( I wonder if i can use adjective ' playing' for the noun which is not human) / the first floor in the people's playing the ball???
