Balancing jobs and other parts of lives is difficult

Most people try to balance between work and other parts of lives. Unfortunately, not many achieve this balance. What are the problems and solutions to this problem?

Today, the world is more and more gradually developing, so it requires people to work more. Hence, that is the main reason why some of them hardly balance work and other parts. This can lead to some problems that are harmful to them. However, these problems can be solved.
First, it is undeniable that the relationship between people and others will reduce when they work too much. When they are too engaged with tasks and careers all the time, it means that they are less likely to take care of their family and relatives. As a result, they make the distance between others which takes time to heal. Second, workers will suffer from stress more if the jobs have lots of pressure and make them continuously keep working. Moreover, they will have more diseases and health problems that difficult to cure such as depression and obesity.
Notwithstanding, if they have proper solutions like the two followings, everything will be fine. The most important thing they should do is creating for themselves a timetable. Some people think that it is useless. It is extremely useful when we need to spend more time with others. A timetable will help them to limit the working time and make flexible time so that they can have more free time to enjoy themselves. Another solution that partly makes them manage to balance jobs and other parts is excluding unimportant tasks or meetings from the work schedules. For example, when a boss wants to have a picnic with his family on Sunday, then he should cancel or arrange the events which take place on Sunday to another day or have his employees finish the targets.
To summarize, broken relationships and stress are the problems of too much work. Nonetheless, to balance everything, they can make a timetable and ignore the unnecessary jobs.
