Bag that's emptiest

Is it natural to say "that's emptiest"?
Can you bring me the bag that's emptiest so I can fill it up?

Thank you

American Heritage Dictionary offers comparative and superlative forms of the adjective but then goes on to define empty as "containing nothing". I'm sure that most native speakers find especially the superlative to be odd. I would ask for the "bag with the least amount in it".
